Every piece is a one-of-a-kind object. We treat its journey to you with the same care we gave to finding it.
Packing & insured delivery
Each piece is packed by hand by specialists and shipped fully insured for its full value. Within the United States we ship via trusted insured carriers; international delivery is arranged on request, with all documentation handled on your behalf.
Collection in person
You are always welcome to view and collect a piece at our Midtown Manhattan gallery. Please call ahead so we can have it ready for you.
Returns
We want you to be certain. If a piece is not as described, contact us within fourteen days of receipt and we will make it right. Because each item is unique, we ask that returned pieces come back in the same condition in which they left us.
Caring for your silver
Antique silver ages beautifully. Handle it with clean, dry hands, store it away from humidity, and polish sparingly with a proper silver cloth, never an abrasive. A gentle patina is part of a piece’s history; when in doubt, ask us before cleaning.
