Cobalt Blue Glass centerpiece with a fine base in 800 silver -- from Germany by M.J. Ruckert Silversmiths, circa 1890. The artisanal quality base is made of 800 silver, and features column legs with a full bouquet, along with hand-swagged flowered handles.
